  • Christmas Jumper Day!

    Today was Christmas Jumper Day and also Christmas Dinner Day! We all got to wear our Christmas jumpers and enjoyed a wonderful Christmas dinner!

    In the news lately there has been a lot of information about Momo, Slenderman and Blue Whale.  They are all online apps and games that children have been accessing.

  • Year 3 children visit Manchester University

    A small number of children were invited to attend a Masterclass at Manchester University where they are learning new writing skills.

     

    It sounds like they had a brilliant time and we will have some photographs early next week.

     

     

  • Cooking for the homeless

    A big thank you to our Parent group for their amazing help cooking for the drop-in centre at St.Paul's church.

     

    They really appreciated the food and hope they do it again soon.

    Today is E-safety day.  This week across school the children are taking part in lessons learning how to be safe when using the internet.  Thinking about what information to share and what to keep private and what kind of things can be said to others online.

    We will be looking at gaming and how to make sure the game is enjoyable for all to play.
