What an amazing half term we have had! We've been to the Moon using virtual reality, seen a dinosaur, visited the library, taken part in dance lessons, become Internet legends with Google and looked at becoming heath champions. This is only a small selection of the things different classes have taken part in so far this year.
Next half term will be as good....if not better!
We have cinema visits booked in to go and see films that support our curriculum, Robin Wood residential visit, Remembrance day, Children in Need and The Nativity amongst so much more.
The first week back after half term:
Monday 5th - The school nurse is visiting school from 9:00-10:00 to speak to any parents/carers who have any questions/concerns about their child's asthma. This could be about inhalers, other medication, taking part in PE and any other worries.
Year 1 and Year 2 are taking part in a Road safety session
Wednesday 7th - The Year 4 children are taking part in a session with the Opportunity area
Thursday 8th - Year 5 are visiting the cinema (don't forget to bring the forms back)
Friday 9th - Year 1 are having a visit from the Animals.
Reception and Year 5 are taking part in a road safety session
Have a lovely half term and see you all back on Monday 5th November.
