Reception enjoy a visit from the Firefighters!

This week, we invited our local firefighters to school and they showed us how a fire engine works. We had fun using the hose and sitting inside the fire engine. 

We have been visiting the local woodlands at Diggle and learning all about the natural environment as well as drinking hot chocolate and toasting sweets! Such a fantastic adventure!
