This half term we will be looking at the lives of significant individuals from the past who made a difference. We will compare two famous explorers: Christopher Columbus and Neil Armstrong and discover their voyages. We will learn about the lives of Rosa Parks and Nelson Mandela in Black History month and the sacrifices they made. We will look at how Edward Jenner and Florence Nightingale changed the way our vaccinations and hospitals are today.
