Pancake Day, World Book Day & Easter
Pancake Day!
The children got to smell, touch and taste Pancakes in class for Pancake Day before the 40 days of Lent started.
World Book Day!
On Thursday 14th March, the children dressed up for World Book Day. The theme for World Book Day was 'Pyjamas' as the children were looking at the story book 'Bananas in Pyjamas'.
Throughout the day, the children got to explore and listen to lots of stories related to their Pyjama theme.
Red Nose Day!
The children put on their red noses and supported red nose day for Comic Relief!
Easter!
The children enjoyed our mini Easter Egg hunt outside trying to find all the hidden Easter Eggs. At the end of the session, the children received a certificate along with an Easter Egg.
Easter Craft Day - Our parents were invited into school to join in with our Easter Craft Day!
They were able to paint, glue, cut and stick lots of Easter Craft materials with the children and everyone got to make yummy rice crispy Easter cakes. The children got to find lots of hidden Easter treats during the session such as mini Easter Eggs and Easter lollies to take home!
