We will be looking at the fascinating life of King Alfred the Great. Alfred was the youngest son of King Aethelwulf of Wessex. Born in the 9th Century, he faced the dangerous threat of the Vikings yet brought peace, safety and education to his people. Use the videos below to learn about his life.
