Dear Parents,

Over the next 2 weeks you will be receiving an invitation to your child’s parent meeting.  These will all be held virtually using the teachers2parents system we use for our messaging service in school already.

The process for booking and attending the meetings is very straight forward and has worked very well in other schools.

It will happen in 3 stages:

1. In the days running up to the meeting you will receive a message (either email or text message) to your registered number held by school. 

This will invite you to the meeting and ask you to book a time slot.  Once booked you will get a message back confirming the time.

1. Two hours before the meeting you will receive a reminder of the meeting.  This reminder will contain a link to the meeting.
2. At the time of the meeting click the link and the teacher will be there to speak to you.

The meetings will be 5 minutes long.  At the end of the 5 minute slot the meeting will end.

The meeting can be done on a computer, tablet or phone.  Please ensure you are in a quiet area where you can hear what is being said.  Some teachers will be sharing other information during the meeting like: examples of work or some targets for the following year.

Wednesday 30^th June             Year 2

Monday 5^th July                      Reception

Wednesday 7^th July                 Year 6

Thursday 8^th July                     Year 4

Thursday 8^th July                     Year 3

Friday 9^th July                          Year 1
