· Your child will be given a piece of Maths and English homework on a Monday that needs to be completed and returned by Friday the same week.
· There will be a homework club for children who may need help. All children are welcome.
· Additionally, your child will receive a book-banded book, matched to their ability, as well as a library book weekly. It is important that they read for at least 15 minutes each day.
As part of your child’s continued learning, we request that your child includes in their home routine the following:
· Regular reading – school reading books, home reading books or Oldham Library.
· Practising times tables – Times Table Rock Stars.
· Practising Maths fluency targets using their target booklet.
. P.E. is on Wednesday. We ask that your child comes to school dressed in their P.E. kit.
P.E. kit items include: white t-shirt, black bottoms, black pumps (indoor) or white/black trainers (outside) and a school jumper.
