Minibeast hunt afternoon children.
The children loved going on a minibeast hunt this afternoon. They found lots and lots of minibeast around the school grounds and inside. They looked on their checklist and ticked off the bugs when they found them. The children put the minibeast in their bucket.

The children have been looking at lots of different musical instruments this half term. The children have been listening to the different sounds they make and exploring the instruments themselves making different sounds. The children have been imitating Miss Platt and playing the instruments fast, slow, loud and quiet to experiment how sounds can be changed. The children told Miss Platt which nursery rhymes to sing along to.
The afternoon children had lots of fun with Miss Beth during their fist Splay session. All of the children enjoyed singing and dancing along to the music.
