Dear Parents and Carers,
Thank you all so much for your support and care over this year, it has been an incredible and successful year with some real successes and achievements. Already, we have loads planned for next year including exciting new residentials, visitors and trips.
Timings of the school day
Our times for the school day from September will be as follows:
Gates open – 8:40
School starts – 8:45
School Ends – 3:10
Gates close – 3:15
Nursery times and 2-Year old’s are slightly different:
Morning session – 8:45-11:45
Afternoon session – 12:15-3:15
**Nursery and 2-Year old’s will start back on 11th September**
Uniform
Our uniform is the same next year as it has been this year. Green jumper or cardigan, yellow polo shirt and black or grey trousers/skirt. Shoes need to be black. For PE can children have black tracksuit pants/leggings and a plain white t-shirt.
On their PE day the children can still come in their PE kit ready for the lessons.
Can I please ask if all items of clothing have your child’s name written in them, including coats.
Leavers
This year we are saying goodbye to both Mr Mullan and Mr Miah. Mr Mullan is going to work at another school nearer to his home and Mr Miah is training to be a secondary school PE teacher.
We also wish our Year 6 children all the best in their new secondary schools. They have been amazing ambassadors for our school and made us all very proud. Good luck to you all!
Holiday Club
Our school HAF club is on for the first 4 weeks of school running from 10:00-2:00. If you are eligible to come to this you will have received a letter in the post. If you feel you are eligible and have not received a letter, speak to the office.
